This 'Blood for Food' initiative aims to give blood the appreciation it deserves as a valuable ingredient in cooking. We love animals and believe the animal should receive the respect it deserves by trying to eat all parts of it. Besides blood's nutritional value, it has interesting cooking properties and adds complex flavours to a dish. Blood is available wherever meat is sold (or should be - just ask and order) and it will make your wallet happy too as its cost is low.
