Beer Basics by Punchy Brewster
IPA, porter, saison, lager… do you know what we mean? In this beer basics course Katie Pietsch teaches how to taste and evaluate beers by introducing a variety of beer styles produced by local Swiss breweries. Katie further gives an overview of ingredients and the brewing process. By the end of the course you know how the ingredients influence the appearance and taste. All of this knowledge will enhance the future beer drinking experiences while exploring the wonderful world of craft beer.
